the rooms are well-maintained with necessary facilities, everything is nice. the property has a particularly good and unbeatable location, close to savoy for 3 months since september as well as public restaurants.

Location: the hotel was right by nature. Lucky that it was not too far from Khan's Kathi Rolls, offering food to go.

The hotel's location was PRIME, next to Delhi and Subways. It was relatively close to Kfc, serving fast food.

Truly enjoyed the room, it was big size with a full-sized refrigerator. The hotel's location was marvellous near sector 16 metro station.

The hotel had very good services, with complementary facilities such as the kitchen and washroom. the food was homely and cheap, nicely served in your room. The location was ideally situated near the metro station, which made it easy to travel around. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and supportive during our stay.

The ambiance was average and the hotel felt a bit empty at times. The breakfast was monotonous and the bathroom had some issues such as a leaking pipe and a door that didn't close properly.

Smell in the room, Internet connection difficult to get through and expensive, towel was very very old, so old that it is no more white. I could not have shower. Also water leaking at living room

1. Initially they refused to acknowledge / confirm that they had a reservation despite my giving the confirmation number. 2. They tried charging a tariff of 10,000 INR despite the rate given on the site 3. Very short on support staff.

The breakfast options were good and the staff were friendly. The hotel is located near a popular fast food chain, making it easy to find a quick bite to eat. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There were stains on the bed sheets and the bathroom was not well-maintained.

The rooms are huge , they are more like service apartments rather than hotel rooms complete with a full-sized refrigerator. microwave and kitchenette.

Wifi only worked in the living room and not the bedroom.

During my recent stay at Savoy Suites, I encountered a minor issue with the cleanliness of my bathroom. However, when I brought this to the attention of the management, they were incredibly responsive and immediately took action to rectify the situation.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! the location is perfect, with the metro station just a stone's throw away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a great stay. Thirdly, the rooms on the 2nd floor were spacious and well-equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast offered a good variety of options that catered to different palates.
